Returns + Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are available within 15 days of service. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received a damaged product, please email our customer support immediately, with a detail description and a photo so that we may better help you.
How to return items
Please email us, and make sure to include your full name and order number so that we can expedite your inquiry. We will send you detailed return instructions, return slip and shipping label to print out.
A shipping charge of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund. Ideally, return the product in original packaging, if not possible please package your return in a well padded protected box to prevent damage in transit. Make sure to include the invoice in return package. Eyewear must arrive in good condition, with its packaging, case, and accessories. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Once we have received the returned item, please expect up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete. Depending on your bank, credit will not reflect immediately. Please reference the refund policies of your bank.
We currently only ship within the United States.
We offer free shipping on all our products. Most items ship within 48 hrs of ordering. Estimated delivery can take up to 8-10 business days but can vary on location and destination. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays.
